Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham Valemount. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and guest feedback.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing position.
