Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Chalet Continental Motel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that all housekeeping staff have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out and that all housekeeping staff are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
- Respond to complaints from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping role.
