Job Title: Residential Operations Director

At Super 8 by Wyndham Valemount, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Operations Director to lead our housekeeping team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all aspects of residential operations.

About the Role:
- Oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of residential operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and objectives
- Supervise and direct housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff performance

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, practices, and regulations
