Executive Housekeeper

The Harbour Inn is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and efficient housekeeping operation.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operation.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
- 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Anglais (English) language required.
