Executive Housekeeper

The Harbour Inn is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
- Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Maintain financial records and prepare budgets and payrolls to ensure the housekeeping department is operating within budget.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure our facilities are clean and comfortable for our guests.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure we have a skilled and dedicated team of housekeepers.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
