Mphasis is seeking a highly skilled ERP Senior Consultant-Tech- Workday Financial Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring Workday Financial business processes, supporting Workday Financials experiences, and implementing Workday Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Workday Financial business processes to meet business requirements.
- Support Workday Financials experiences, including functional testing and data conversion and integration testing.
- Implement Workday Finance solutions, including Supplier management, Company & Cost center setup, AR/AP, GL, CM, Journal Entries, and other related processes.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports to provide business insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure results meet business needs.
- Leverage knowledge of customer support principles and best practices to provide best-in-class service to internal customers.
- Manage prioritization of work against priorities and dependencies.
- Proactively review Workday business processes to evaluate against new features and functionality with an eye to increased automation and reduction of manual processes.
- Support new Workday release activities relating to business needs and impact assessment.
- Background in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying solutions in financial systems.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, flexible environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise collaboration tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field of study, or related practical experience. Master's degree preferred, but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday Finance consultant role.
- Experience with Workday Financial business processes, including Supplier management, Company & Cost center setup, AR/AP, GL, CM, Journal Entries, and other related processes.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Finance, including Supplier management, Company & Cost center setup, AR/AP, GL, CM, Journal Entries, and other related processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide best-in-class service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment.
