Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Shoreside Services Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance expectations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Research: Conduct research to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
