About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at MT. NEWTON SHELL. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the management of financial systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of accounting team members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
