About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at MT. NEWTON SHELL. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures to drive financial growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Design and manage investment strategies to optimize financial returns
    • Monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to streamline financial processes
    • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
    • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
