Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers. You will be required to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
