About the RoleThis is a Customer Service role in an Investment company. We support either our direct Customers or the Financial Advisors and other employees of our Credit Unions (CU Wealth). Most of the support is done over the phone, with some email interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone and email
- Solve problems and answer questions efficiently and effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
We are looking for someone who is confident, patient, and has excellent communication skills. If you have great problem-solving skills and enjoy helping others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
