Job Description

This Customer Experience Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join the Scotiabank team. As a key member of the Canadian Banking Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide valuable advice to Canadian Banking customers, utilizing knowledge of products and services to meet their needs
  • Take inbound phone calls from customers and branches, offering useful information and ensuring satisfaction with products and services
  • Identify customer banking needs, providing customized solutions using accessible resources and navigating multiple systems
  • Respond to complaints and walk customers through basic troubleshooting or set-up processes
Requirements
  • Possess a high school diploma (or recognized equivalent)
  • Be fully bilingual in French and English
  • Have experience in customer-focused roles, with a self-directed approach to resolving immediate customer enquiries
  • Demonstrate natural curiosity and a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Excel at multitasking between numerous internal platforms while dealing directly with customers

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
