Retail Store Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
