Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
