About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kaizen Health Group. This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to our office operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. You will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including:
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the office
• Coordinating meetings and events
• Maintaining accurate records and files
• Providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
