Job Description

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a technical leader within your squad, driving high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our systems and architecture.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals, while promoting a culture of engineering excellence.

In this role, you'll influence the technical direction of projects, mentor engineers across the organization, and ensure that our systems are built with scalability, performance, and maintainability in mind.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the technical design and implementation of complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  2. Drive high-impact, cross-functional projects that align technical solutions with business goals.
  3. Mentor engineers across the organization, sharing expertise and helping develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Set the architectural direction for projects, defining patterns that improve system reliability and influence multiple teams.
  5. Proactively identify technical opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to product strategy.
  6. Lead technical initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and foster innovation across the engineering organization.
  7. Drive organizational growth by leading workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cross-team initiatives that elevate technical standards.

We're looking for a skilled engineer with a strong background in web application frameworks, data-driven architecture, and systems design. If you have experience with Nodejs, React, Redux, Angular, Next, or similar, and are proficient in SQL, NoSQL, and distributed SQL, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a company that values Agile Scrum software development and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) models. If you're passionate about software design principles, such as SOLID and DI, and have experience working in a SaaS environment, we'd like to hear from you.
