Job Summary

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our growing backend engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines. You'll work closely with our engineers to build first-party and third-party data integration with external data sources and integrate data into our Customer Data Platform (CDP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines
  • Design and implement data integration with external data sources
  • Integrate data into our Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Provide technical leadership in designing scalable solutions and best practices
  • Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
  • Rigorously identify and solve technical challenges
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development in distributed systems, architecting scalable microservices, and data pipelines in a successful high-growth technology company
  • A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with Go and high-performance databases is a plus
