Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Starapples Foods Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to support our kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new recipes and menu items that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained in our kitchen.
  • Train and develop our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure that our kitchen operations are aligned with our company's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
