About the Role

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator who can develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. As a Child Development Specialist, you will lead activities, encourage creativity, and establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various media, such as art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Punctuality, dependability, reliability, and teamwork skills.
