Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Delivery Specialist to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for delivering parts and equipment to customers and vendors in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Manager and Parts Counter Associate to ensure seamless delivery of parts and equipment.
  • Document and report any customer complaints or issues that cannot be resolved at the Parts Driver level.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department by ensuring the parts truck is clean and tidy, and the department is presentable at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Thorough understanding of the Lower Mainland and strong ability to read maps.
  • Working knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories.
  • Current knowledge of local sources of supply.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively work against deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
  • A valid British Columbia driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years driving experience.
