Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at APNA Farm Halal Meat and Grocery. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
