About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Canwalk Visa Solutions Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
