About the Role

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Surrey, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with concussion and traumatic brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, mental health, and cognitive functioning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and contribute to the growth and development of our team
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in treating concussion and traumatic brain injuries
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long-term disability, and WSIB referrals is an asset
