The Role

">

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support our project management team in overseeing and managing projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for organizing, administering, and controlling project activities. You'll collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Coordinate project documentation, including meeting minutes, Change Orders/Site Instructions, Owner's Instructions, Shop Drawings and Drawing Log, Progress Claims, field notices, and sustainability requirements.">
  • Set up and maintain project reporting procedures: cost reports, project status reports, document drawing control, shop drawing document control.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs (RFI, Vendor/Subcontractor, Purchase, Owner etc.), track responses, and advise stakeholders.">
  • Assist in managing trade contractor site meetings, RFIs, invoices, and control document processes.">
  • Manage all project administration activities, including payroll, timekeeping, labour coding, equipment coding, purchase-order coding, and safety reporting.">
  • Review construction plans for compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and structural.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • A technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field or equivalent construction experience.">
  • Heavy Civil experience is preferred.">
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe or Bluebeam Revu.">
  • A solid understanding of all construction trades, safety, and construction techniques.">
  • Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances, and legislation.">
  • Travel will be required a minimum of 50% of the time.">

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year plus applicable bonuses. In addition, we provide well-rounded employer-paid benefits, including health, dental, vision care, and employee assistance program.
