We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at IBD Constructions. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Candidate Engagement: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Selection Process: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Offer and Onboarding: Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, as well as organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Staff Management: Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training.
  • Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and success of our organization.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
