Overview

At Enterprise Holdings, we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional mobility solutions. As a Management Trainee, you'll play a critical role in delivering this experience.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also mastering the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch. You'll learn about customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and develop the skills to excel in these areas.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
  • Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
