Job Title: Mixer - Bakery - Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a skilled Mixer to join our Bakery team in an afternoon shift position. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for combining raw materials in the proper sequence and operating semi-automatic mixers to produce high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Combine all raw materials in the correct sequence and sign-off to indicate each ingredient has been added and processed for the correct amount of time.
  • Operate semi-automatic mixers, including spiral and horizontal mixers.
  • Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served.
  • Keep the line supplied with ingredients while adhering to the pace set by the Supervisor.
  • Complete and deliver all batch forms to the Production Supervisor.
  • Ensure your work area, tools, and supplies are organized and sanitary throughout the shift.
  • Follow all GMPs and Safety Procedures.
  • Verify that all batches are produced on your shift.
Requirements:
  • Able to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • Excellent work and attendance record.
Working Conditions:
  • Warm and humid working environment.
  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to bend, pull, push, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent heavy lifting of products up to 50-100lbs.
