Bakery Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Machine Operator to join our team at Dimpflmeier Bakery Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our bakery equipment to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and packaging machines
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent equipment downtime
- Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
- Record production data and report any issues or concerns to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
