Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Brockton Village Bakery LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with a focus on producing high-quality bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes and customer orders
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- 3+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry arts environment
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry arts, including ingredients, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
