Taxi Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Taxi and Chauffeurs Supervisor to join our team at Swiftsure Taxi Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our taxi fleet, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the activities of taxi drivers and support staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Train and Develop drivers on company policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate Scheduling and dispatch of taxis to meet customer demand and optimize fleet utilization.
- Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Manage Fleet Maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
- Procure and Manage supplies, equipment, and materials to support operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
