Taxi Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Taxi and Chauffeurs Supervisor to join our team at Swiftsure Taxi Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of taxi drivers and chauffeurs to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of taxi drivers and chauffeurs.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, including vehicle maintenance and repairs, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
