About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Swiftsure Taxi Co. Ltd. as a Taxi and Chauffeurs Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage a team of workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Train and Develop personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Make Recommendations on personnel actions to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
  • Procure and Manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
