Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Program Manager to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing community programs that promote social cohesion and community development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including community groups, organizations, and government agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address community needs and concerns
- Manage and coordinate program budgets, resources, and logistics
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as community development, public administration, or social work
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community program management or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
