Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs that promote social cohesion and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community programs that align with the Government of Saskatchewan's strategic priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including community groups, organizations, and individuals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify community needs and develop program solutions
- Manage program budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programs
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as community development, public administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community program development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
