Financial Operations Coordinator

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Advise senior management
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience an asset
