We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our Mental Health and Substance Use Services team, you will provide comprehensive care and support to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders and mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy, as well as case management and support services to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and services to ensure seamless referrals and transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and policies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Counselling Psychology or Social Work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Eligibility for registration with relevant professional associations.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for work-related purposes.
