A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year reflects your value as a Commercial Sales Manager at Insight Technology. This remuneration package includes health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and additional benefits such as access to diverse Teammate Resource Groups and flexible work arrangements.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of professionals, including hiring, training, coaching, and recognizing outstanding work. You will contribute to Insight's growth by achieving sales goals, creatively growing market share, and executing strategic forecasting and budgeting for sales activities.

As a leader, you will communicate effectively with top clients, sales management, and your team of Account Executives to address sales leads, market challenges, and competitive activity. Your potential for swift advancement within the organization is met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor your squad of brilliant Account Executives, guiding them in mastering their craft with guidance, coaching, and support. Along the way, you will provide hands-on coaching, counseling, and training to your team, partnering with inside and outside sales reps to pursue new business and help close deals.
