About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Molly Maid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to provide exceptional service to our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are being met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning services, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
