Flynn Group of Companies is a leading trade contractor in North America, specializing in building envelope services. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the payroll process, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing the Workflow Request Queue in SuccessFactors Employee Central for all Canadian Employees
  • Ensuring compliance with Federal & Provincial payroll legislation and company policy
  • Maintaining employee records as per government regulations
  • Processing CRA Remittances
  • Processing Garnishments
  • Processing EHT Remittances
  • Processing Union Payments
  • Responding to union inquiries and assisting with union review
  • Creating, reviewing, and validating Jira Tickets
  • Liaising with branches on payroll-related items

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can provide excellent support to our team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role and possess strong knowledge of relevant government regulations, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a payroll processing role
  • Knowledge of relevant government regulations
  • PCP or CPM designation preferred – or relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with salaried, hourly union, and non-union payroll
