As a payroll coordinator, you will be part of our dedicated team working on various responsibilities and playing diverse roles in payroll. Your strong analytical sense and willingness to learn all aspects of payroll and learning and development are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares, reviews, and processes semi-monthly payroll for hourly, technicians, sales, commission, and exempt dealership employees.
  • Manage various responsibilities and play diverse roles in Payroll.
  • Enters/Interfaces with ADP Payroll Dealer Services.
  • Works with the Learning and Development Team to help create meaningful and applicable employee training.
  • Maintains and enters employee information, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
  • Provide customer service to employees, managers, and dealership personnel to explain check calculations.
  • Provide calculations for check corrections or manual checks.
  • Assists Manager and team members with various human resources and payroll-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to learn all aspects of Payroll and Learning and Development.
  • Ability to manage various responsibilities and play diverse roles.
  • ADP (WFN) Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Must possess good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Must have good work ethics, including maintaining a neat work area and good attendance.
