Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Good Earth Landscaping Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, and oversee the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Team Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property.
  • Scheduling: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as schedule work to ensure that all projects are completed on time.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition.
  • Materials Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
