Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality control standards are maintained.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
