Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules
Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Train StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
Estimate Ingredients and SuppliesEstimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock and minimize waste.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they receive a positive experience.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
Support for Diverse Groups- Support for Persons with Disabilities
Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesDoes not require Canadian work experience, making it an excellent opportunity for newcomers and refugees.
Support for YouthProvides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for Indigenous PeopleProvides cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Work Environment- Work Term
Permanent position with a regular schedule.
Work LanguageEnglish language required.
