Cloud Security Specialist

At NDAX Canada Inc., we are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on security.
As a DevSecOps Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our applications are built with security in mind, and collaborate with our security team to identify and address potential security risks.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage, and compute resources.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure deployment and management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are built with security best practices in mind.
- Work with the security team to identify and address potential security risks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improving our security posture.
- Extensive experience with cloud security, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
- Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP and NIST guidelines.
