Job Description

The Quality Assurance Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational security and quality of our cloud solutions. This includes leading test design and implementation, as well as guiding the Cloud DevOps teams to create best practices and processes.

This position requires a strong understanding of quality best practices, experience with Root Cause Analysis, and expertise in performance, scalability, and reliability testing. As a leader, you will be responsible for assigning priorities, defining test plans, and tracking key quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall quality within the global team.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and training to QA members integrated into CDO teams.
  • Assign competing solutions and priorities.
  • Define test plans and strategies.
  • Implement test automation and tools in cloud environments.
  • Ensure test results are recorded and reported to stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key Quality metrics and incidents.
  • Promote a culture of built-in quality and continuous improvement using LEAN principles.
Requirements:
  • Subject matter expert on quality best practices.
  • Experienced Root Cause Analysis conductor.
  • Experience managing remote employees and/or offices.
  • Experience with QA Test Automation, source control management systems, and cloud providers (Azure or AWS).
