Private Banking Officer Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Banking Officer Sales professional to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our private banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing expert advice on our products and services, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our private banking clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with our branch and regional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement strategies to grow our private banking business.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, and use this knowledge to inform our business development efforts.
- Collaborate with our internal stakeholders, including our credit and risk teams, to ensure that our private banking business is operating in a compliant and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Typically between 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in private banking or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of personal and commercial credit and non-credit products, monitoring/operational processes, and applications.
- Basic knowledge of the lending process and supporting policies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good organization and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $37,500.00 - $69,500.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
