Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective team management.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's continued growth and success.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in organizational development and strategic business planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
