About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Large Infrastructure Development Director to join our team at Moving2Canada. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project objectives, including project managers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project teams, departments, and senior management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of civil engineering or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of related experience, preferably in major civil infrastructure projects, with a strong background in project management, leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong mentoring abilities, and demonstrated leadership, project management, subcontract management, and conflict resolution skills.
