As a Senior Projects Manager specializing in Roads and Bridges, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Construction & Project Managers to deliver multiple projects through all stages, including Design and Construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, and report to the Project Director.
  • Manage the delivery of road and bridge projects, ensuring that any issues impacting cost, time, and quality are resolved efficiently.
  • Supervise Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Review technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals and provide approval or endorsement accordingly.
  • Provide innovative solutions to project issues that may affect cost, time, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in relevant works, specifically in roads, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Extensive knowledge of Project Management principles.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
