Key Responsibilities
The Business Unit Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing front office operations, and ensuring alignment with company goals. This includes:
  1. Developing and managing budgets and financial plans.
  2. Oversight of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and resolution of credit issues.
  3. Management of unique systems and processes.
  4. Educating the industry on our unique market position.
  5. Oversight of payroll, training programs, and employee development.
  6. Liaising with the Management Team and vendors to source the best products and services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Post-Secondary Education in Business or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience with financial management and planning is essential.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
